C. Please make sure to send the documents on time! Too late or incomplete applications will not be considered (see deadlines on top of this page).

Having successfully enrolled in Studielink and having submitted your online application, does not mean that you are already admitted to the programme. You can only start with a Master’s degree programme if both the Examination Board and Studielink have officially confirmed that you are admitted (see step 3, 4 and 5 below).

STEP 3 – Answer to your request for admission

Your request for admission will be evaluated by the Examination Board and the Selection Committee of the programme concerned.

The processing of an admission request takes at least eight weeks. The schedule below shows when you may expect to receive an answer from the Examination Board.

Until we have received all required documents (see step 4) any offer made to you will be conditional.

STEP 4 – Sending the required documents before 15 July 2013

Certified copies of your degree certificate and transcript of records (and translations, if applicable)
If you are eligible for admission, you will be asked to send certified (paper) copies of your degree certificate and transcript of records to the Examination Board as soon as possible, but not later than 15 July 2013. If applicable, you will be required to send the certified translations as well.

If you have not yet obtained your Bachelor’s degree when you submit your application, you can only be admitted on the condition that you obtain your degree in time, i.e. before the programme starts on 1 September.
Should you not receive your Bachelor’s degree certificate before 1 September, a certified statement by the institution that you have successfully completed the programme, will also be accepted.

A certified copy is a copy stamped and signed for authenticity by an appropriate authority (university, notary, etc.). (Digital) copies of a certified document will not be accepted. You must send the paper version of the document with the original signature and stamp (or seal) on it.

Language test results
If you cannot provide sufficient proof of your English language proficiency before the application deadline, your application can be considered in its absence. If the Examination Board decides you are eligible for admission, you will be required to send the test results to the Examination Board before 15 July 2013.

Register in time for an IELTS or TOEFL language test. Bear in mind that it can take up to 4 weeks before you receive the results.

(If you register for a TOEFL language test, please mention our faculty’s ‘institution code’ at TOEFL: 2641. TOEFL will then send an official copy of your test report directly to the Examination Board.)

STEP 5 – Admission in Studielink

If all steps have been successfully completed, the Examination Board will confirm to Studielink that you are officially admitted.

Studielink will send you a confirmation by e-mail and give you instructions on how to arrange payment of the tuition fee.
