Biographical Note

In 2003 Emma came to Rotterdam to study International Business Administration. She fell in love with the city, and has not left since. In 2006 she graduated from the Bachelor’s programme, and continued with her Master’s programme in Human Resource Management. Emma has to admit that it took her just as long to obtain her Master’ degree as it did to get her Bachelor’s – but this was because the ‘international virus’ hit her. She went on exchange to Canada, did an internship in Sweden, and conducted thesis-research in South Africa.

Previously Emma worked at Tilburg University as a Recruitment Officer. But in that job she missed being in touch with current students, the programme itself, and above all: she missed the Erasmus University!
