For students in the third year of the IBCoM program there is the possibility to do a Minor (not to be confused with the Electives).

The Erasmus University offers a variety of minors (15 EC each) for third year students in the first term of the academic year, including both Dutch-language minors and English-language minors.

The first term of the third bachelor year is kept free from other study obligations. This ensures you have the widest possible choice among minors, enabling you to gain access to Master’s programmes in other study fields at Erasmus University by completing a substantial minor in the study areas concerned. You may take a minor in the same field(s) as your minor electives in BA-2 or within another study area.

Instead of taking a minor in your third year, you may also choose to spend a study period abroad at a foreign university.
