Amanda Coady MCom


Biographical Note

Amanda Coady started teaching at Erasmus University in September 2013. Amanda is a passionate academic and industry practitioner in Corporate and Organizational Communication. Her expertise and interest within these areas focuses on Reputation, Change Communication and Leadership. Amanda also teaches at The Hague University of Applied Science where in addition to being a member of the curriculum committee, she has developed a minor in Risk and Crisis Communication and a number of courses focused on dialogue and influence.

Alongside her academic activities, Amanda is also actively involved in consulting and training for a range of international clients. In addition to a Masters degree in International Communication Management, Amanda also holds the BDB teaching diploma for the design and delivery of higher education. She strongly believes that by engaging students in real world challenges and communication issues, theory and research become more tangible and students more inspired.

Amanda has been advising and training organizations in communication for more than 20 years and teaching in Higher Education for 11 years. Helping people and organizations to be more impactful communicators is her passion.
