  2. How does intercultural communication relate to individual, team and organizational effectiveness?
  3. What is the influence of (social) media on individuals’ diversity perceptions and acculturation strategies?

At ESHCC, Joep teaches courses on Communication in Organizations and Intercultural Communication at Work. He is also involved in teaching academic skills and quantitative research methods, as well as in supervising Bachelor and Master theses.

Furthermore, Joep also works as a trainer/consultant for organizations in any sector who want to learn how to ‘deal with differences’ and enhance intercultural and interdisciplinary cooperation among their employees.
